Questions

Do I have to be a fighter?

No. The method is built for combat sports, but it works for any performance athlete or anyone whose job is physically demanding. If you train hard and need to fuel it, you're a fit.

Is this a meal plan or macros?

It's coaching, not a PDF. You get custom macro targets and structure, but built around the food you actually eat and adjusted every week based on your data and how you feel.

How does the weight cut work?

Gradually and safely. We manage your walk-around weight through camp so fight week is a controlled cut and rehydration — not a crash. The goal is to make weight and step in strong.

What if I don't make weight?

That's on me. Follow the plan, hit your weekly check-ins, and make weight — or I coach your next camp free. Do the work and the risk is mine, not yours.
